Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as customs delays or courier disruptions.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement for issues caused by the courier.
